Data controller

AgendaProfe (the “Platform”) is the data controller for your personal data under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

Purpose of processing

We process your data to coordinate bookings between independent teachers and their students, to process payments through Mercado Pago, to send confirmations and reminders, and to keep a class history. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data collected

• Email address
• WhatsApp phone number in E.164 format
• Preferred language (es-MX or en)
• Payment metadata (SPEI / card / OXXO rail, amounts, provider identifiers — we never store card numbers)
• Class history (booked, completed, canceled)

ARCO rights

You may Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), and withdraw any consent you have provided. To exercise these rights, email privacidad@agendaprofe.com.

Retention & deletion

Student records are anonymized 24 months after the last class. You may request immediate account deletion at privacidad@agendaprofe.com; we respond within 20 business days.
